City Council Fourth Chair: Lorraine Warren,
4th Chair Lorrain Warren was born D30M92K971 in Founders' Memorial Hospital. After briefly living abroad in Steelforge City from 2K979 to 2K987 she and her family moved back to Tungsten.
In 2K989 she became employed with Espinoza Industries' Public Relations department. In 2K990 she began working in the city's Department of Emergency Management and Communications.
She was nominated for and subsequently elected to 4th chair in 3K10.
She currently lives in the East District.
