Council Chair #1: Luther Nielson
Council Chairman Luther Nielson was born on D21M82K977 at East Side Municipal Hospital and has lived in Tungsten City all his life.
He earned his first election to city council, at 5th chair, in 3K8 through his work in the Public Relations department of LaFontaine Industries, which was still Espinoza Industries at the time of his initial employment.
He was nominated for, and subsequently elected to, first chair in 3K9.
He can sometimes be seen leading Council meetings in Governor LaFontaine's stead and is often in the City Council offices.
