Council Secretary: Theresa Lowell
Born in Cobalt City on D1M22K973, Council Secretary Lowell immigrated to Tungsten with her family in 2K979, when her father took a job at Tungsten Telecommunications.
After completing mandatory education she went on to major in telecommunications at Tungsten Technical University (TTU).
Her first job upon completing her studies was in the Public Relations Department at Espinoza Industries.
When Gov. LaFontaine took over the business, she was appointed as both his personal secretary and the head of the Telecommunications Department for the company.
She can be seen taking down the minutes at all Council meetings, and also in the City Council offices daily.
